For customers with multiple vessel calls, our Hub Service provides a single point of contact for all operational and funding requirements across the Asia-Pacific region.
Staffed by a team of marine professionals, our hub teams are able to take on the accounting and administrative functions for our customers whilst coordinating operations at any of the ports we serve across Asia.
This provides ship operators with the reassurance that their vessels are being managed around the clock and, by allowing Jardine Shipping Services to look after administrative, communications and accounting functions, our hub customers are able to save considerable administrative costs.
Supporting the partnership that we develop with each customer, live updates on vessel progress are available through our unique web-based J-Ports system, allowing customers to log on to their account at any time to view their ship’s port status, port disbursement accounts and cash flow.
